Location, was very far out of the way.

It was clean and convenient. Out of the bustle of the city.

The breakfast hours were to short.

This was a great hotel for what we needed to do. It was nice to have a suite that was supplied with some of the essentials i.e. dishes. We enjoyed our stay while visiting St. John's University.

Beds were really comfy.

10:00 all hot water gone, I got a cold shower!

If there would have been hot water for our showers it would have been a great stay. We left on a not so good note.

It was right off of the interstate and we were just passing through so it was perfect for us.

The pool was under maintenance.

Very clean, well put together and the staff were very helpful with directions.

Very clean and quiet with a nice pool area for kids.

No nice restaurants close by.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast selection was great.

Very clean, accommodating, friendly & helpful staff.

Not very sound-proof, especially if you're near the elevator.

We were pleasantly surprised at the neatness of the hotel and the rooms, the friendly staff, and the amenities available at this hotel. Nice pool & rec. Area, great breakfast, and free wireless internet. We were traveling with a 5-year old so it made our short stay especially nice. We would definitely stay again. ...read more

It was newer & up-to-date.

Our room was not ready at check in and we had to wait.

It was significantly further east than I had anticipated, but had restaurant & gas/ convenience that suited our needs nearby.
